Astraius Makes Board and Advisor Appointments

Washington DC, USA— November 20, 2020 —ASTRAIUS, the UK and US based small and medium satellite launch company, has appointed key personnel, rounding out the board and advisory team.
Kevin Seymour, Co-founder, CEO – has led National and International Defense, and Aerospace Programs for UK/US Government and private sector, most notably the $8BN UK Carrier Program. A proven leader and expert in team building, executed Operational Command Tours with US/UK and NATO.
Admiral Sir George Zambellas, Chairman – as Chief of the Royal Navy, delivered global military capabilities from within a complex multinational political-industrial environment. An aerospace engineer by training, he is now established as a founder, director or advisor to select US and U.K.-based technology companies.
Major General Daniel P Hughes, USA (Ret), Director – has 38 plus years of executive and board positions across the US military and private sectors. Steeped in complex program delivery, General Hughes’ was the Test Director of the United States Missile Defense Agency. General Hughes currently is the Vice President for (C4ISR) and Missile Defense for Cypress International.
Martin Payne, Director – has more than 25 years of experience in executive and board positions in a mix of private and public, global enterprises. His current board positions are with Health Care Services Acquisition Company (Nasdaq: HCARU) and the privately held HRGi Holdings Inc.
Jonathan Stolerman, CFO – has held executive CFO and non-executive chairman, director and senior advisory positions, in a broad range of sectors previously with Prudential Bache, Bank of America, Singer & Friedlander and Quadrant Capital; followed by a successful move into fin tech with the co-founding of Risk First prior to its sale to Moody’s Corporation.
Stephen Watson, Strategic Communications Advisor – is the founder and CEO of CTN Group, the London-headquartered media and communications agency working with global businesses, governments and countries. He is a communications advisor to 10 Downing Street and director of the Atlantic Future Forum, the UK/US defence, security, trade and prosperity summit.
